# FunctionFlow AI Privacy policy

This policy explains how FleekApps (“we”, “us”) handles information when a Shopify merchant installs and uses FunctionFlow AI (the “App”), and when you visit fleekapps.com.
**In short:** FunctionFlow AI needs your store details and the rules you build to run them as Shopify Functions. Your rules run inside Shopify’s checkout, and we don’t collect or store personal information about your customers.

## Information we collect from merchants

- **Store details** provided by Shopify when you install the App: shop domain, store name, contact email, currency, timezone and Shopify plan.
- **Staff account details** for the people who open the App: Shopify user ID, name, email and locale, as provided by Shopify.
- **Access tokens** issued by Shopify so the App can act on your behalf. They are short-lived (online) tokens tied to each staff member, stored encrypted, and deleted when you uninstall.
- **Your rules**: the functions, conditions, actions, versions and templates you create in the App.
- **AI prompts** you enter in the AI generator, and the generated drafts.
- **Billing status** of your subscription (plan, status, trial dates) as reported by Shopify. We never see or store card details — Shopify handles payment.

## Information about your customers

To measure how often your rules apply, the App receives order notifications from Shopify. We use them only to update aggregate counters (for example orders influenced, revenue, discounts and shipping savings per day). **We do not store customer names, emails, addresses or other personal information from orders.**
At checkout, your rules run inside Shopify’s own infrastructure as Shopify Functions. Cart and customer details used by a rule are processed by Shopify and are not sent to us.

## How we use information

- To provide the App: build, test, publish and version your rules in your Shopify store.
- To show you analytics about your rules.
- To manage your subscription through the Shopify Billing API.
- To provide support and keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

## Service providers

- **Shopify** — the platform the App runs on, including authentication, billing and checkout.
- **OpenAI** — when you use the AI generator, your prompt and a description of the App’s rule format are sent to OpenAI’s API to draft a rule. Prompts should not include customer personal information.
- **Hosting and infrastructure providers** that store and process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

## Retention and deletion

We keep your data while the App is installed. When you uninstall, your access tokens are revoked immediately, and your store’s data is deleted when Shopify sends the store data-removal request (typically 48 hours after uninstall). We also respond to Shopify’s customer data requests and customer redaction requests as required by Shopify’s privacy rules.

## Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, requests from Shopify are verified with signed session tokens and HMAC signatures, and access to production systems is restricted and logged.

## This website

This website (fleekapps.com) does not use cookies or analytics trackers. Its typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and the footer animation loads the open-source Matter.js library from cdnjs (Cloudflare); both services receive your IP address when the files are downloaded, and neither sets cookies. Standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) are kept for security and troubleshooting.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to its processing. Email [hello@fleekapps.com](mailto:hello@fleekapps.com) and we’ll respond within the time required by law. If you are a customer of a Shopify store, please contact that store first — they control your data.

## Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify merchants in the App.
