Give delivery methods clearer names for specific carts, places or customers (Growth and Pro).

Examples: “Express” → “Next day, order by 2 PM”; Clearer names for wholesale customers.

### Reorder

Move delivery methods up or down the list so the best option comes first (Pro).

Examples: Put local pickup first for nearby buyers; Move economy to the end.

### Location rules

Shipping country on every plan; state or province and postal code lists, prefixes and ranges on Growth and Pro.

Examples: Postal codes starting with 96, 99; A ZIP code range; Alaska and Hawaii.

- **Cart:** Subtotal, total and item quantity
- **Products:** Products, product tags and collections in the cart
- **Location:** Shipping country, state or province, and postal code lists, prefixes and ranges
- **Customer:** Customer tags and logged-in status
- **Delivery methods:** Match methods by name, plus delivery type and price filters (Pro)
- **Logic:** AND/OR, condition groups and drag-and-drop rule priority (Pro)

## How it works

1. **Install and pick a plan:** Add ShipRule to your store and choose Basic, Growth or Pro. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
2. **Create a rule:** Start from a template such as “Hide express shipping on small orders”, or build conditions and actions yourself.
3. **Check it at checkout:** Add items to a cart and open checkout: the delivery options change as soon as your conditions match.
4. **Adjust anytime:** Turn rules on and off, change their priority, or pause ShipRule in Settings to restore Shopify’s normal rates without deleting rules.

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial and is billed through Shopify. If you move to a plan without a feature a rule uses, that rule is paused, not deleted.

### What does ShipRule do?

ShipRule changes which delivery methods buyers see at Shopify checkout. Rules can hide methods, show only the ones you choose, rename them or change their order, based on the cart, products, shipping location and customer.

### Does ShipRule work with Shop Pay?

Yes. Rules run inside Shopify checkout as a Shopify Function, including Shop Pay, so buyers see the same delivery options everywhere.

### Do I need to edit my theme or add scripts?

No. ShipRule uses Shopify’s Delivery Customization API. There is no theme code and no checkout script to install.

### Does ShipRule need Shopify Plus?

No. Shopify Functions delivered by public apps work on every Shopify plan.

### How do I turn everything off quickly?

Open Settings and pause ShipRule. Shopify’s normal delivery options come back immediately, and your rules are kept for later.

### What happens if I downgrade?

Rules that use a feature your new plan doesn’t include are paused, not deleted. Upgrade again, or change the rule, to turn it back on.

### How much does ShipRule cost?

Basic is $2/month, Growth $5/month and Pro $9/month, each with a 7-day free trial, billed through Shopify.
