ShipRule
Terms of service
Last updated
These terms govern your use of ShipRule (the “App”), provided by FleekApps (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you use the App on behalf of a business, you accept these terms for that business.
1. The service
The App lets you create rules that hide, show, rename and reorder the delivery options buyers see at checkout in your Shopify store. Rules run inside Shopify checkout through a Shopify Function. Features available to you depend on your plan.
2. Your Shopify store
You need an active Shopify store and must comply with Shopify’s terms. You are responsible for the rules you publish, including which delivery options your customers can choose, and for making sure your shipping offer complies with laws that apply to your business. Test your rules in a real checkout before relying on them.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Shopify on a recurring 30-day basis and appear on your Shopify invoice.
- Trials are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Each store can use one free trial.
- Each plan includes a set of features. If you move to a plan that doesn’t include a feature a rule uses, that rule is paused, not deleted, until you upgrade or change the rule.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Refunds are handled according to Shopify’s billing rules.
- We may change plan prices for new subscriptions. Existing subscriptions keep their price unless you approve a change in Shopify.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the App to break the law, to interfere with the App or Shopify, to access other merchants’ data, or to reverse engineer the service. We may suspend access that puts the service or other merchants at risk.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Rules run on Shopify’s infrastructure and are subject to Shopify’s limits and availability. We may improve or change features over time.
6. Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our privacy policy. You keep ownership of the rules and data you create.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; your checkout then shows Shopify’s normal delivery options. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify merchants in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
